Taylor Swift, Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah, and many other A-list celebrities and notable figures have endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for president.

Kid Rock, Mel Gibson, Roseanne Barr, and several other celebrities have endorsed former president Donald Trump.

On Friday, a new celebrity joined the ranks of Harris supporters — Beyoncé Knowles Carter.

Beyoncé and her longtime friend and collaborator Kelly Rowland took the stage at a Houston rally to express their support for the vice president and introduce her to the crowd.

The 32-time Grammy award-winner said in her speech, “I’m not here as a celebrity, I’m not here as a politician. I’m here as a mother.”

“A mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children live in, a world where we have the freedom to control our bodies, a world where we’re not divided,” Beyoncé continued. “Imagine our daughters growing up seeing what’s possible with no ceilings, no limitations,” she continued. “We must vote, and we need you.”

It makes sense for Beyoncé to attend the rally, as Houston is her hometown. The Harris presidential campaign also used “Freedom” from Beyoncé’s 2016 album Lemonade as its anthem.

However, another celebrity is claiming the speech isn’t original.

According to a comment on this Instagram post, the TV personality accused Beyoncé of seemingly “taking” her speech from the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee back in July and wanting to emulate her.

“She wanna be me so bad. Literally took my whole speech,” Amber wrote.

During her speech, Amber said, “I’m a mother. My whole world revolves around providing for my children, keeping them safe and giving them an opportunity for a better life. That’s something that unites all American parents, whether we’re Republicans, Democrats, conservatives, or liberals. We all want a better country for our children.”

“Now, you may be wondering why I’m up here telling you this. I’m no politician and I don’t want to be, but I do care about the truth.”

It didn’t take long for Amber’s comment to go viral, and the internet had a lot to say about her apparent accusation.

Some people claimed that Amber’s “delusion” was on a “level that cannot be quantified.”

They claimed Amber was “REACHING”…

…and reminded everyone Amber’s not the only mother speaking on behalf of her children.

Singer Queen Naija said it best, writing, “I think every mom who’s voting period are thinking about their children.”

Even folks who said they weren’t necessarily Beyoncé fans didn’t understand where Amber was coming from.

Finally, this person said, “I don’t know if their speeches were similar or not…but I can’t think of one thing Beyoncé would be jealous of Amber Rose about. I tried hard.”

This reminds me of a major moment in television history when Tiffany “New York” Pollard said:

What do you think? Did Beyoncé copy/paste Amber’s speech? Let’s discuss in the comments.
