The event also saw the presence of Saleem Ahmed Khan, President of the Rotary Club Metropolitan Lahore, among other distinguished guests.

Dr. Jameel, Chairman of MMDC, welcomed everyone to the celebration, which included a heartfelt performance of the national song “Dil Dil Pakistan” by young girl Horain. The event was marked by the flagging off of children by the chief guests, Uzma Kardar and Malik Waheed.

MPA Malik Waheed highlighted the center’s significant achievement of providing over 3,000 free dialysis sessions, each valued at around 5,500 rupees, thanks to the support of generous donors. The center’s commitment to offering free treatment underscores its role in the community and the impact of philanthropic support on healthcare services.

The event brought together sports and showbiz stars, the local polio team, civil society members, and dialysis patients, showcasing the center’s dedication to both celebrating national pride and supporting those in need.
