It features high-end 3 and 4 BHK apartments, with many offering views of the Arabian Sea and Mahalaxmi Race Course. The tower’s prime location is near major business hubs such as Lower Parel, Worli, and Nariman Point.
Bajpayee and Raza originally purchased the apartment in April 2013 for ₹6.40 crore, paying a stamp duty of ₹32 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
