Sony has finally released the PlayStation Portal in India, arriving nearly nine months after its initial launch in the US. The PlayStation Portal is a handheld device designed to stream PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 games over a home Wi-Fi network. This means you can play games from your PS5 even if it is in another room, allowing someone else to use the TV for other purposes.

The device features an 8-inch touchscreen display with 1080p resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. It essentially combines the functionality of a DualSense controller with a built-in display. The PlayStation Portal includes all the features of the DualSense, such as haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, and it can also emulate the DualSense touchpad.
